Parking garages and lots that sell public parking (for a fee). Examples are the Diamond, Republic, ImPark, etc facilities. Location, Estimated Spaces, owners and operators. SDOT maps this data set on the Seattle Parking Map. FAS collects it as part of the business license fee on parking facilities.
