Project Management and Controls (PMaC)
Description
Information system for capital projects delivered by CPRS and Waterfront.
It currently supports:
- Fundamental ability to establish manageable projects
- Change Control Board, which is the forum for reviewing/approving changes to project scope, schedule, cost estimates and funding
- Management and Executive-level reporting (RYG and Schedule reports, etc.)
- The Capital Project Dashboard process
- Org-based budget process using the Cost Estimating Tool
- Reporting and analysis of current and historical project expenditures
- Finance-led budget process
